How Do I Tip For My Cleaning?

Are There Any Discounts Offered Currently

  • If you have a reoccurring service with us then you will receive a discount for weekly, every other week, and monthly service. The recurring cleanings are discounted 15% for weekly, 10% for every other week, and 5% for monthly from our one-time prices. You can refer a friend to us and both receive a $20 credit towards your next future cleaning!

Do You Provide Cleaning Supplies?

  • Our cleaners show up with all the supplies to clean your home. If you would like a special product used please feel free to provide them and add a not to your Account and we will be happy to use them.
  • If you would prefer green cleaning products, please let us know and we will use those products for you for an additional $10 per cleaning.

I Need Custom Cleaning, Not My Whole House. How do I schedule that?

  • We offer custom cleanings at $55 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per visit.

Do I Have To Be Home For The Cleaning?

  • No, you do not need to be home. If it is your first time cleaning you may want to just to see the process.
  • We just need directions of how to enter your home and how to lock your doors when we leave. Many members hide their keys or assign a specific garage code for our cleaners.

How Many Cleaners Are Sent To My Home?

  • We assign you a permanent team to your home. Sometimes you might have two cleaners instead of one due to the day’s route. Cleaners will work to complete our cleaning 50 points cleaning checklist for your home.

How Long Will My Cleaning Take?

  • Our cleaners stay for the necessary time to complete your service for flat rate jobs. The time it takes to clean your home varies based on how much clutter, build up and other conditions per home. Also if you have added extras and your home is larger it may take a bit longer.

What is Your Deep Clean?

  • Our deep clean has the same 50 checklist but also includes extra time, blinds and baseboards (free on rotation on reoccurring plan) for a more detailed cleaning – like a standard plus service.  We find that most first time members need this option. A great option if you have not maintained your home regularly. 

What Can I Do With My Account?

  • There are a number of things you can do in your account. You can add new services, change your current service or update any of your information. You can change your payment method or even reschedule if needed. You may also leave a tip by signing in and add a tip to your current or future service.

Prior to Service, What Do I Need to Do?

  • We ask that you pick up and remove any clutter. More clutter means less cleaning of your home if the team has to pick up clutter. If there is excessive clutter we will communicate this with you.
