Hourly Cleaning Services

Do you just have a certain area you want cleaned, just preparing for an event at your home? Required for homes over 2500 square feet – we can do that too! These customized special jobs fall under our hourly service. Perfect for those particular odd ball jobs. Not sure how many hours to book? Give us a call at 877-716-8414and we will be all to happy to help you choose how many hours you need. Just remember that your entire house will not be cleaned unless you get enough hours.

What’s Not Included In a Standard Home Cleaning?

Post Construction | Outdoor Work

  • POST CONSTRUTION: We do not offer post construction work including remodel. If you have booked a thinking its just dust from remodel we will have to leave.
  • OUTDOORS WORK: Due to safety and liability issues for or cleaners and members we do not offer any outdoors work. This includes garages and all patios.

  • BIOLOGICAL WASTE: Ready Set Maids is not equipped to handle any chemical or biological waste. Wiping down table surfaces and countertops

Ladders | Heavy Objects

  • LADDERS: For the safety of our cleaners we do not offer any work needing ladders or a step stoop over 2 feet.
  • HEAVY OBJECTS: Our cleaners will not lift more than 25lbs. If you require cleaning behind furniture and appliances please make the necessary accommodation’s.

  • INSECTS: If discovered that your home has bed bug or insects infestation we will need you to have your home professionally treated before coming back to regular services.

Unloading + Washing Dishwasher

  • UNLOADING DISHWASHER: We happily load your dishwasher if its empty at time of cleaning. However due to liability and just simply not breaking your dishes we do not unload dishes. Plus we are not 100% sure where all dishes go.
  • WASHER | DISHWASHER: Running your dishwasher or washing machine one with 1 cup vinegar on hot and repeat without vinegar should take care of your cleaning. We do not offer because it can take up to 4 hours to clean these machines.

Paint | Remediateion | Carpet Detailing

  • PAINT: We do not offer paint removal at all. This requires special equipment and removal can damage those areas.
  • REMEDIATION: For removal of bad odor from pet or other waste please contact a specialist.
  • CARPET CLEANING: We do not offer detailed carpet cleaning. stain and odor removal require special equipment.
